We also work with schools and universities to make that pathway stronger for everyone involved.
Our story
Over two decades of working with students and families, one pattern kept repeating. Bright, hardworking students had no clear map for the international route: which courses mattered, when to start, and how to show their strengths to an admissions officer. The effort was always there. The structure around it was missing.
Skill Avenues was started to provide that structure. We began as guides and have grown into a platform where a student's whole journey is planned, tracked, and kept in one place.

Global workforce trainer and academic strategist with 28 years of experience, including tenure with Oxford University Press and driving global workforce training initiatives as an extended partner to Microsoft and Meta through a previous startup. Empowering higher education institutions by translating changing job trends into impactful student upskilling programs.

Strategist and Process Specialist with exemplary Design Thinking and Marketing Skills with over 30 years experience in diverse industries including Education, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Advertising, Fine Chemicals, Entertainment and Recruitment.

Within five years, we aim to bring the Skill Avenues pathway to hub cities across India, backed by a growing network of US university partners, and to take the same model to other global destinations.

Our standard

We start from what global universities are actually looking for, then work backward: the right electives, certifications, activities, and projects, sequenced to a student's grade level and goals, so every year adds something an admissions officer will recognize.
